1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at dnyantra.com and any services provided by Dnyantra Tech Private Limited ("Dnyantra", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dnyantra Tech provides software products, a hiring portal for candidate assessments, and the Placement Guarantee Programme. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Placement Guarantee Programme

The Placement Guarantee Programme is a paid training programme offered by Dnyantra Tech. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

  • Fee: The programme fee is ₹39,000 for Course Only or ₹49,000 for Course + Placement Support, payable in full at the time of enrolment.
  • Duration: 3 months of training followed by 6 months of placement support.
  • Refund Eligibility: A full refund is available only if all three criteria are met: (a) minimum 80% watch time during training, (b) all assignments and projects completed on time, and (c) placement readiness test passed within 3 attempts.
  • Refund Timeline: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the claim being approved.
  • No Guarantee of Specific Roles: Placement support means we will actively connect you with hiring partners. We do not guarantee a specific company, role, or salary.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Dnyantra Tech does not store your credit/debit card details. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Hiring Portal

  • Candidates must provide accurate information during registration and assessments.
  • Submitting plagiarized work, using unauthorized assistance during assessments, or misrepresenting qualifications may result in disqualification.
  • Assessment results and hiring decisions are at the sole discretion of Dnyantra Tech and its hiring partners.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is the property of Dnyantra Tech Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dnyantra Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Before programme start: Full refund available if requested at least 7 days before the programme begins.
  • After programme start: No refund unless eligible under the Placement Guarantee terms (see Section 3).
  • Refund requests must be sent to mayur@dnyantra.com with your registered email and payment ID.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
